This tool will extracts the 2 PNG or JPEG image files embedded within an .accountpicture-ms file.
There is one low resolution (96x96) and one high resolution (usually 448x448).
.accountpicture-ms files are located in:
- %AppData%/Microsoft/Windows/AccountPictures (Windows 8, 10)
- %AppData%/Microsoft/Windows/Account Pictures (Windows 11)
